STATSRAAD LEHMKUHL

Veliero a tre alberi costruito nel 1914 come nave scuola per la Marina mercantile tedesca, con il nome di Grossherzog Friedrich August.
Alla fine della I guerra mondiale, fu acquisito dall’Inghilterra come riparazione di danni di guerra. Successivamente nel 1921 fu acquistato dalla Scuola navale di Bergen dal signor Kristoffer Lehmkuhl da cui prese il nome. Dal 1978 è gestito dalla Fondazione Lehmkuhl Statsraad sempre con sede a Bergen e viene noleggiato a soggetti terzi tra i quali la Reale Marina Norvegese che lo utilizza come nave scuola.


Three-masted sailing ship built in 1914 as a training ship for the German merchant navy with the name Grossherzog Friedrich August.
At the end of World War I, she was acquired from England as a compensation for war damages. Later in 1921 she was bought by the Naval School of Bergen from Mr. Kristoffer Lehmkuhl, from which she took the name. Since 1978, she is managed by the Foundation Lehmkuhl Statsraad based in Bergen and rented to third parties, including the Royal Norwegian Navy who uses her as a training ship
